We won't nerf the mages, what we might do is increase skill damage of sword/gun classes slightly, so they aren't too much lower than mages. This might happen within next couple days if we confirm that slight balancing is indeed needed.

We have made the balancing changes required and posted in the "release updates" forum. We tested with few characters of various level and at various equal attributes, and verified that the damage output is now balanced as designed.

In additional to undoing the accidental pet healing boost, this increased skill damage for gun/sword classes will further make PvP against the defensive healing allies slightly easier as well. We have tested that it possible to defeat any regular healing allies with the recent tweaks, though it may still be much more difficult than players with non-healing allies, as that is intended use of healing allies.

Also, before anyone asks - we decided not to alter the few high level characters that already surpassed the caps mentioned. This is their reward for reaching end-game sooner, and they should not be punished for it.

Probably been mentioned before but I'm too lazy to sift through 9 pages to check.

When we're receiving and sending gifts, it would be really handy if the option to guild invite were present someplace to save us having to remember the name of the person and then find them in the invite section. Castle Age has that when you send gifts to someone or receive them they're automatically added to your army. Maybe that option wouldn't work well here, or it's too hard to implement, but there must be something to make it a bit easier.

Also the layout of the game in my browser is a bit off. I use Opera and while I know everyone is likely going to say "use Internet Explorer then" I refuse to use that bug ridden, virus attracting horrible excuse for a browser for anything. I used to have problems with this pc all the time but in the last 6 months or so after switching to only using Opera, I never have any virii or spyware on this and it's been great. I'd rather not have to use a different browser just because Facebook refuses to join the modern times and stop relying on old software code and impractical http programming.

So far I love the game, lack of sound effects is noticeable but not a big deal, not everything has to beep and chirp. Love the humor. When I discovered the H1N1 Pig that attacked me with flu and colds I near choked on my pop :)

to have an option there might be possible, but this game has a limit on how many team members one can have, so to make it auto add would be impossible :x lol love the h1n1 lol

If they are sending you gifts, then they must be playing the game and showing up in your top friends ranking. You can go view their profile and add them manually if you wish. There are certain reasons we can't link people into your guild without your explicit intent. Let's just leave it that Castle Age isn't your best role model for following Facebook guidelines and among things, but nor is 95% of Facebook apps.

For the browser issue, can you send a screenshot to "forum at playmage dot com"? Most of reports we heard is due to either text-only zooms or players using 120 DPI font size setting. There is a link in the "support" link that helps to check this.
