Question regarding skills and attributes

Hi all,

I am thinking resetting my attributes and my skills and I have some questions.

1. Being a divine sage, what is the minimum i should put in my combat skill? Is 90 in magic and 1/1 in sword/gun ok? Any point keeping magic higher (i.e.) with my level for damage purposes?
2. As a divine sage, what is the minimum i should put in quickness? Is 32 too low?
3. At what point does pills stop showing up for attributes? 1200? 1300?
